What is the difference between a Standard Subscription and a Corporate Licence?
A Standard Subscription is available with monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is priced at ten times the monthly fee, providing two months of savings. A Corporate Licence is prepared for multi-user, multi-location or integration-heavy projects with a higher initial licence fee and a mandatory annual renewal of 20% of the licence value from the second year.
How is TutiCad pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the number of licensed computers, required modules, branches or factories, data migration, machine and accounting integrations, and any company-specific development. Each company receives a quotation based on the system it will actually use.
What is the setup fee and how often is it charged?
The setup fee is charged once during the initial implementation. Server and database installation, basic company configuration and the onboarding work specified in the quotation are completed during this stage. Later branch additions, server migrations or out-of-scope work are evaluated separately.
What does a licensed computer mean?
In TutiCad pricing, the licensed computer count refers to the number of computers on which the software will be installed and used, not the number of employees. Different employees may use the same licensed computer. TutiCad Mobile currently has no separate user limit.
Can computer licences or modules be added later?
Yes. New computer licences, production stations, branches and additional modules can be added as the company grows.
Is training included?
The scope of initial training and the number of participants are stated clearly in the quotation. Additional, on-site or team-specific training can also be arranged.
Can our existing data be migrated to TutiCad?
Customer, stock, product and similar data in suitable formats can be imported into TutiCad. The available fields and migration scope are determined after reviewing the existing data structure.
Are updates and technical support included?
A Standard Subscription includes usage rights, updates and technical support throughout the subscription period. The mandatory annual renewal for a Corporate Licence covers continued usage rights, updates, technical support and the online services specified in the quotation.
Does TutiCad run on-premise or in the cloud?
TutiCad can be deployed on a company server, through remote connectivity or with cloud-connected scenarios according to the requirement. The most suitable structure depends on the number of locations, internet infrastructure and working model.
Can it be used across multiple branches or factories?
Yes. TutiCad can be configured for multiple branches and production facilities. Permissions, data sharing and server architecture are planned according to the project scope.
Do you offer a free trial or demo?
A free introductory demonstration can be arranged around your company’s processes. Trial installations are planned after the requirement and project scope have been evaluated.
How long does implementation take?
The schedule depends on the number of licensed computers, data migration, training, integrations and custom requirements. A company-specific implementation plan is provided after the needs assessment.
Can you provide custom development and integrations?
Yes. Custom integrations and development can be planned for production workflows, reports, machinery, cutting and optimisation software, accounting applications and other systems.
